Administrative And Billing Specialist Utah Programs
Bloom Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support our Utah Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. This role is based in our Humble, TX office and is part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
What You'll Do
- Enroll students into the online case management system
- Enter and organize case notes collected from various sources
- Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks
- Support billing processes and ensure accurate financial tracking
- Collaborate with team members to keep services compliant and organized

Experience with QuickBooks and billing is requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProfessional communication skills and ability to work with sensitive informationPrevious administrative experience preferredSchedule & Pay
