About the Role :

The Hospice Medical Director plays a crucial role in overseeing the medical care provided to patients in hospice settings, ensuring that they receive compassionate and comprehensive end-of-life care. This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize the comfort and dignity of patients. The Medical Director will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to medical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications :

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Board certification Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
