Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a personable and tech-savvy Resident IT Coordinator to lead our Genius Tech Bar —a resident-focused hub for everyday technology support. This unique role blends hands-on IT troubleshooting, customer service, and community engagement in a luxury senior living environment.

You’ll provide basic, fee-based tech assistance to residents, support internal systems, and lead small group classes to help users feel confident and connected. If you love solving problems, teaching others, and working in a vibrant, mission-driven setting, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage and maintain the Genius Tech Bar as a trusted resource for residents
  • Provide one-on-one tech support for devices like computers, phones, and printers
  • Lead small group IT classes on topics like streaming, email, and device setup
  • Assist with AV setup and breakdown for community events
  • Handle Active Directory tasks (account setup, password resets, etc.)
  • Conduct tech orientation for new residents during move-in
  • Submit monthly invoices for resident services and support
  • Collaborate with the Director of Community Life to resolve complex issues

Requirements :

What We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two-year degree preferred, or Microsoft OS / CompTIA+ certification
  • Experience troubleshooting consumer tech devices (Windows, iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead group instruction and work independently
  • Familiarity with AV equipment setup and basic networking
  • Valid SC driver’s license, in good standing
