Job Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare interior construction projects.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams.
Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and keep projects on track.
Enforce infection control, safety, and healthcare facility requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project plans.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.

Brings proven experience in healthcare interior construction.
Prior experience working with an interiors general contractor.
