Yes with at least 3 years L&D experience – decline otherwise Patient Types : Low risk; all high risk are patients are transferred out for labor and delivery, LDRP – meaning the patient will stay on this unit for Antepartum, Intrapartum and Postpartum / Couplet care. Traveler must be comfortable with all phases as well as care of well babies – confirm in offer they are comfortable with this Post-partum hemorrhage, pre-eclampsia, HELLP, bilirubin babies, NAS babies, feeders / growers They also get MSU surgical patient overflows. Low acuity patients there for IV Antibiotics, swing bed or rehab. No infectious patients, no telemetry monitoring – confirm in offer they are comfortable with this – average ratio with Med / Surg patients would be 1 : 2-3 patients They have a low volume of deliveries, averaging 200 / year.
