About the Role :

As the Self-Storage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This includes leasing units, managing tenant accounts, maintaining property standards, and driving revenue through outstanding customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
Rent units, process payments, and manage customer accounts
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility
Manage inventory of moving supplies and retail items
Perform light maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
Maintain accurate records and daily reporting

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent (college a plus)

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or property management preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, facility management software)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
