Construction Project Manager :

Our Project Management Job description includes all activity from initial call to project completion. Work in a dynamic, high-quality and high-service environment.

Experience estimating and managing your own projects is required, as well as a desire to help develop and maintain client relationships with an emphasis in any of the following areas :

• TENANT IMPROVEMENT / BUILD-OUTS
• GROUND UP / NEW CONSTRUCTION
• INDUSTRIAL / WAREHOUSE
• RESTAURANT & HOSPITALITY
• MEDICAL / DENTAL
• RETAIL

Requirements :

Must be located in Mpls / St. Paul Metro area.

Commercial General Contracting experience required. Along with your resume, include a representative list of general contracted projects you have sold and managed. Please note at what stage of the project your involvement commenced.

Compensation :
