WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide one-on-one  fit and styling guidance , helping customers feel empowered and confident.
• Build  lasting customer relationships  through warm, personalized service.
• Maintain a visually inspiring and organized  boutique environment
• Prepare and ship personalized  online orders  with care and detail.
• Collaborate with teammates across California, New York, and our NYC studio.
• Learn and share the  language of Malia Mills  — our ethos, our craftsmanship, and our spirit.
