Job Description

As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Commercial Site in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location. In this role, you will conduct regular patrols and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This driving post requires you to operate a vehicle while patrolling the property. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in maintaining a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Document observations, incidents, and activities promptly and accurately in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and visitors to promote a welcoming and secure atmosphere within the location.

Follow all company policies and procedures while carrying out patrol and security-related duties at the assigned site.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
