Accountant

Our client seeks a professional Accountant / Full Cycle Bookkeeper to perform daily detailed accounting functions accounts payable, bank account reconciliations and ad hoc projects for a multiple entities / businesses that are growing.

Skills : Accounting background, any QuickBooks or NetSuite experience and ability to pick things up. Excellent attention to details and prides themselves on accuracy while able to multi task independently as well as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills and be flexible with the changing work flow.

Responsibilities include accounts payable transactions, bank account reconciliations and general bookkeeping for multiple entities.

Responsibilities include :

• Comprehensive bookkeeping, with an emphasis on A / P, bank deposits and bank reconciliations
• Provide support for banking transactions
• Evaluate vendor invoices for appropriate approval and process payments with precision
• Process disbursement transactions with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare ad hoc management reports as requested
• Assist with special projects
• Maintain regular communication and coordinate with CPAs
