FNP / Family Physician Assistant
Near Salinas, CA | Full-Time | $176,000–$206,315 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages under established clinical protocols
- Perform health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians for consultation and care coordination
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP) or PA programActive California RN and Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant licenses in good standingAHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required for inpatient privileges)Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary teamCompensation & Benefits
