1 : 1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Allentown, PA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time, 1 : 1 school-based assignment with a local district in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing individualized medical and classroom support for a student during the school day.

Requirements :

Active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred

Ability to assist with medical procedures, mobility support, and documentation

Typical Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 health support, medication administration, and monitoring

Collaborate with school nurses, teachers, and parents to maintain student safety

Document and report health-related observations to supervising nurse or physician

Support student participation in classroom and school activities
