Position Overview :
Job Title : Community Support Professional
Location : Rochester, NY (community-based, various locations)
Department : Community Services
Employment Type : Part-Time, 10-25 hours per week – Flexible Schedule
Starting Wage : $19 - $20 per hour + mileage reimbursement
Bonus : $1,000 Welcome Bonus (for eligible new hires)

Your Core Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one support in the community to help individuals build life skills and independence.Assist with daily living tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and budgeting.Encourage community involvement through social visits, outings, and activities.Transport individuals to appointments or community events (mileage reimbursement provided).Support independence by teaching life skills and offering encouragement.Work independently, while remaining connected to a supportive, dedicated team.What You Bring :
Requirements : Valid NYS driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).Availability : Part-time availability between 8 AM – 7 PM (weekdays or weekends—your choice).Skills & Qualities : Compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently.Experience : No experience required—paid training provided.Our Mission & Culture :
