Your Role & Impact

As a Project Analyst, you will play a key support role on software implementation projects for public sector clients. This is a high-impact role ideal for those who enjoy organization, problem-solving, and working across teams. You will be trained on the job and supported by colleagues who value curiosity, communication, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Participating in internal and client meetings to capture notes, decisions, and next steps
• Maintaining structured documentation : action logs, task trackers, and status reports
• Supporting the setup and configuration of enterprise systems (e.g., workflows, templates – no coding required)
• Communicating updates and priorities with clarity and professionalism
• Learning tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and permitting platforms as needed
• Supporting cross-functional teams through changing timelines and evolving requirements

Employment Details

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25–$35 / hour, commensurate with experience and education. Employment is W-2, non-exempt regular. Eligible employees will be provided benefits and onboarding information upon hire.
