A Long Term Care facility in Amsterdam, NY is seeking an experienced LPN traveler .

Requirements :

Active LPN license

BLS certification

1+ year LTC experience

Travel experience required (renewals preferred)

No former staff accepted as travelers

Details :

Strictly 5x8-hour shifts

Facility may cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during contract
