Job Title : Marketing Manager

A successful Marketing Manager at Swank Motion Pictures will help advance our growing business. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and ownership of core product messaging and collateral, sales enablement, market intelligence, data collection, and customer insights, all in support of developing a successful and agile marketing plan aligned with our strategic sales goals.

In this role, you will use your understanding of the market to identify key trends, opportunities, buying behaviors, and pain points that Swank's solutions can address. You will define go-to-market messaging, positioning, and tactics that support our strategy and can be executed by our cross-functional team including sales, marketing, and design.

You will also support the creation of sales and channel enablement materials to ensure ongoing sales support and upselling capabilities.

To succeed, you must have strong marketing and communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to translate technical capabilities into benefits with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities Identify customer needs, key personas, market trends, and build differentiated positioning and messaging.

Collaborate with sales and development teams to translate technical features into benefits-focused messaging.

Create compelling product narratives and customer-facing materials such as solution sheets, infographics, emails, social posts, articles, e-books, and case studies.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to maximize market penetration and sales impact.

Analyze campaign data to optimize lead generation and adapt strategies accordingly.

Conduct market and customer research to uncover trends and opportunities.

Ensure knowledge sharing and accountability across sales and marketing teams, and apply learnings for continuous improvement.

Set measurable goals, track results, and oversee project execution with creative teams and external partners.

Requirements Ability to understand and communicate solutions addressing market pain points and needs.

Proven experience in marketing or advertising, especially in go-to-market positioning and content creation.

Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and Google Analytics.

Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, design, and development teams.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to attend industry tradeshows and events as needed.

5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Organizational Relationships Reports to the Marketing Director. Collaborates closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to achieve objectives.
