Regional Sales Manager job description
- Manage a team of dedicated truck sales professionals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with trucking companies and associations.
- Lead by example on customer calls and assist the sales team with presenting and closing orders.
- Hire and train new salespeople to become industry experts.
Qualifications / Requirements
Strong work ethic with excellent self-discipline and time management skills.Reasonable working knowledge of trucks and truck specifications.Customer relations experience within the Trucking Industry or a related industry.Exceptional Customer Service Orientation.A desire for high earning potential.A record of success in past sales positions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Some travel is required.Benefits
