State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Full-Time / PRN Night And Day Shift

Location : Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus, Ohio

Shift : Night Shift 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. or Day Shift 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Compensation : $3 / hr Night Differential

$2 / hr Attendance Bonus

$2 / hr Weekend Differential

Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000

Job Summary : Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team for full-time or part-time day shifts. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide mobility assistance to residents, including turning and positioning, transferring, and ambulation.

Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications :

Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
