The Parking Valet Lead oversees daily valet operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient vehicle handling, and smooth coordination among valet staff. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Pay : $24.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

SHIFT : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise valet attendants and assign tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Monitor vehicle flow and parking logistics to prevent congestion and delays.
• Train new valet staff on procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, tickets, and parking logs.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking; report any incidents promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Communicate effectively with hotel, restaurant, or facility management as needed.
• Perform valet duties when necessary, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
