Job Title : Production Support, Powder Coat Paint - Paint Line Assistant

Location : Baldwin, WI

Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Compensation : $17.00 per hour

About the Role :

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Paint Line Assistant to join our Production Support team in our Powder Coat Paint department. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely load and unload metal or fabricated parts for powder coat painting.
• Hang parts securely on the paint line prior to the coating process.
• Prepare parts for painting by washing, drying, or otherwise prepping surfaces.
• Inspect parts for quality before and after painting, identifying defects or irregularities.
• Package finished parts for shipment or storage according to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow continuity.
