Summary

We're hiring a skilled, customer-focused Service Plumber to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Replace or service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other fixtures
• Clear drains, locate and repair leaks, and resolve water pressure issues
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended solutions
• Use tablets and ServiceTitan software to document jobs and materials used
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services

Requirements

• Must be a licensed plumber
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
• Comfortable using tablets, software, and email
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
