Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

CT Technologist - CT Tech

\n\n

Job Details : \n

Dual role position requiring ability to work in both CT and X-Ray departments

Experience with Aquillion CT scanner required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Completion of degree or certificate in Radiology required

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Physical requirements include light to moderate work with 50 pounds maximum weight to lift and carry

Perform all aspects of patient care in radiology environment optimizing patient safety

Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards for all age groups from neonate to geriatric

Operate radiology equipment including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Maintain radiology supplies inventory and equipment inventories

Prepare patients for radiological procedures including positioning and equipment adjustment

Practice radiation protection techniques and minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff

Maintain production and quality of radiographs following established standards

Document patient care services and maintain patient confidentiality

Adhere to dress code with neat and clean appearance

Complete annual education requirements and maintain regulatory compliance

Wear identification while on duty and report to work on time as scheduled
