Working At Freudenberg
Consults managers in the area of responsibility in all strategic and operative HR matters
Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Coordinates and drives HR projects, developing and implementing new HR products and services in alignment with relevant stakeholders
Leads all operations in terms of HR administration
Executes negotiations with employee representative bodies usually for individuals or impacted areas
Addresses any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
