IT Project Manager – Healthcare Technology

Salary : $100,000–$110,000

Location : Montvale, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

Overview

Our client, a healthcare technology leader, is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience to drive the delivery of complex digital and platform initiatives. This hands-on role oversees development, vendor coordination, and CRM transformations (Salesforce experience a plus) within a growing healthcare platform. Ideal for candidates transitioning from Business Analyst to Project Manager who can bridge business needs with technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle management for technology projects including new platform development, CRM migrations, and 3rd-party integrations.

Collaborate closely with developers, QA, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Oversee implementation of external software solutions, ensuring compliance, risk management, and data security standards.

Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets using Monday.com , Jira , Asana , or Smartsheet .

Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to align technical specifications and deliverables.

Support creative and product teams on platform initiatives that impact user experience and operational efficiency.

Apply structured project management practices (Agile, Scrum, PMP methodologies preferred) to maintain consistency and accountability.

Serve as a technology liaison, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

4–6 years of technical or digital project management experience (healthcare or consulting backgrounds preferred).

Experience managing web, platform, or CRM development projects.

Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Familiarity with programming concepts or development workflows (any coding experience a plus).

Strong understanding of project risk, dependencies, and change management.

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
