Department Support Coordinator

The NPI team drives innovation by developing new processes and technologies for Manufacturing, tackling the unique challenges that come with introducing new products. As a DSC, you'll play a vital role in supporting and coordinating department activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This position offers hands-on experience with the NPI transition process and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the seamless integration of new products into Manufacturing.
What You Will Do :
- Facilitate the flow of development builds and identify potential problems, ensuring that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports on NPI work in progress (WIP) including line of balance (LOB).
- Manage and track status of material availability to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet build requirements.
- Collect, track, and escalate manufacturing improvement opportunities including design and producibility related ones, to both NPI engineering and program management as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, design, inventory control, and other groups.
- Work closely with Operation Program Managers (OPM) and NPI engineers in ensuring manufacturing readiness prior to products being released to production.

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.2+ years' experience in administrative support.Experience in a production environment.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Qualifications We Prefer :
SAP Proficiency.Experience using advanced functions in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex problems.Able to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.What We Offer : Benefits
