In this important and rewarding role, you can use your talents to improve the lives of our patients, their families, and fellow team members. As a Superviso r, you'll oversee a team of Valet Parking Attendants who provide critical support to our hospital partner. We have a great team and an awesome culture, but we need the right leader to help us in our mission.

This role is all about people, not sales, cash handling, or inventory.

You will build schedules, approve payroll, train and guide your team, and ensure safety and service standards are met. Strong leadership experience is essential, and we will provide thorough training on our policies and procedures. At FC, we are one family. Our supervisors, regional managers, and office staff work closely together to support you. When employees feel valued and supported, patients and guests also receive the best experience.

MONDAY through FRIDAY : 6 : 30 am-3 : 00 pm (Core Hours)

​​​​​​​REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Previous valet or fleet management experience
  • Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • High school or equivalent. College preferred but not required, with sufficient experience.
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
  • Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
  • 40-50-hour work week with the ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
  • Ability to maintain a staff with the goal of a 5-star experience for patients and guests
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and driving test
  • 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience from the date of application
  • License must be continuous : Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No major moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift
  • Tolerance for inclement weather
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. for short periods of time
  • Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
