Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol in Hardeeville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic healthcare location. Your primary focus will be to support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within the healthcare location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a security-related presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Assist visitors, staff, and / or patients by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional Allied Universal presence.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as required during emergencies or critical situations.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
