Recruiting Coordinator
Addison Group is partnering with a leading professional services firm in downtown Chicago. Known for its stunning office space and strong reputation in the financial and legal industries, our client is seeking a detail-oriented and polished recruiting coordinator to join their dynamic hr team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a highly respected environment and potentially transition to a permanent role.
The recruiting coordinator plays a key role in managing the logistics and experience of the hiring process. You'll be responsible for coordinating interviews, supporting recruiters, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability are crucial.
Key responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across various departments
- Communicate directly with candidates regarding logistics and updates
- Manage room bookings, prepare interview materials, and greet onsite guests
- Assist with tracking recruiting activities and maintaining records in the applicant tracking system
- Support background check processes and onboarding steps for new hires
- Serve as a liaison with third-party agencies as needed
- Build and maintain candidate interview schedules and coordinate feedback meetings
- Participate in special projects or reporting needs for the recruiting team
- Maintain close communication with recruiters and hiring managers to manage changes quickly
- Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required1+ year of experience in a recruiting or hr support functionStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work independently and handle last-minute changesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with greenhouse is a major plus)Professional, polished demeanor with business attire required onsiteExperience supporting teams in finance, legal, or other corporate environments is preferredComfortable handling confidential information and multitasking in a high-volume settingAdditional details :
