JOB SUMMARY : The Emergency Management and Business Continuity Contractor will play a crucial role in advancing client's emergency preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities. This one-year position focuses on supporting the transition of the current emergency management and business continuity program to a higher level of operational efficiency. The contractor will collaborate with multiple departments to enhance organizational readiness through planning, exercises, documentation, and outreach initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities : \nAssist in developing and updating emergency management and business continuity plans, procedures, and protocols.^Support the coordination, execution, and evaluation of business continuity exercises and drills.^Create and maintain accurate documentation related to emergency response and recovery activities.^Analyze and document after-action reports following exercises and training sessions.^Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of emergency management strategies across the organization.^Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in emergency management and business continuity.
