Community Maintenance Attendant, Seasonal and part-time!

Job Summary : Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a Maintenance Attendant for a Gated Community! Clean your way through Fall and enjoy part-time hours and weekends off!

Pay : Earn $19.00 / HR.

Position Type : Temporary / Seasonal through October

Schedule : 7 : 30 AM-12 : 00 PM

Location : Birch Bay, WA

Responsibilities and qualifications may include :

• Cleaning restrooms, refilling paper products and soap dispensers, there are several restrooms in the Community to attend to
• Empty trash and replace liners in several restrooms and communal areas
• Change out the dog station and refill the bags, clean up as needed in the grassy areas
• Clean all shared areas as well as the Club House
• Pulling weeds in garden areas and berms
• Wash windows
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
