Bon Secours Orthopedic Specialist of Petersburg - Upper Extremity

Bon Secours Mercy Health is hiring a Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Upper Extremity Surgeon to practice at Bon Secours Orthopedic Specialists of Petersburg in 2024!  This is a fulltime opportunity to work at Southside Medical Center.  The hospital is a 300-bed facility located on a 50-acre campus with nearly 400 physicians representing more than 40 specialties.  New grads are welcome to apply, must be fellowship trained and BC / BE.

Job Details :

• Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Practice Setting - Outpatient, Multi-Specialty Group
• Call Schedule - 7 days per month, ED call, cross coverage, trauma, prescription refills and general coverage.
• Hospital Credentialing - Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center
• Average Patients per day - 40 in clinic
• Expected Volume - 1-15 surgical cases per week. Set OR block time.
• Equipment Involved - X-ray & MRI
• EMR - EPIC, telemedicine, consults, rounding, monitoring. Inpatient & outpatient.
• Practice Support in place - CMA, LPN and Practice Manager
