Job Objective(s) Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the campus and ensuring that visitors, residents, families, and staff have a positive impression. Additional duties include cleaning of common areas, project cleaning and seasonal cleaning duties as assigned. Weekly cleaning & laundry in resident's rooms.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart
• Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule.
• Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
• Cleaning duties includes but not limited to : Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture Washing inside glass doors and windows Sweeping and / or mopping floors Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom Dusting Rubbish / trash removal Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards Seasonal duties as assigned

Qualifications

Physical Requirements (based on essential responsibilities) Must be able to frequently perform tasks such as, but not limited to, those listed below :

Environment Works indoors in a climate-controlled environment majority of the time. Working Hours Shifts are generally assigned but the employee must have the ability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, evenings and / or overnights.
