About Our Internship Program :

Throughout your internship, you will have regular events, weekly lunch and learn sessions, and receive customized training from our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into supporting the needs of Stanley Black & Decker both in the US and abroad. The interns will gain first-hand exposure to Stanley Black & Decker and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network. Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and collaborative.

The Job :

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support the Marketing, Product, and Category functions with key activities including :

• Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies as aligned to respective brand guidelines.
• Provide support to senior leaders related to project portfolio management within cross-functional teams.
• Data collection and analysis : Assist in collecting and analyzing consumer data from various sources, such as surveys, market research reports, and customer feedback, to identify patterns, trends, and consumer preferences.
• Assist in the maintenance of major product lines in retail, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Aids in analysis of the product lifecycle process.

You will have exposure to several areas of the Marketing and Product functions at Stanley Black & Decker. You will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross-functional team of professionals, including those dedicated to iconic brands such as DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, CUB CADET, and HUSTLER.

The pay range for this position in Maryland is $20.00-$23.00 per hour. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as major and years of school completed. This role is ineligible for benefits.
