We’re Hiring : ERP Business Analyst Developer (Epicor)

Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid (local candidates preferred)

Are you passionate about bridging business needs with technical solutions? We’re looking for an ERP Business Analyst Developer with Epicor expertise to join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes through technology. This role combines the critical thinking of a Business Analyst with the technical skills of a Developer—perfect for someone who loves both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Design, configure, and develop within Epicor to meet operational and business goals.
  • Perform ETL, data validation, and quality checks to support reporting and analytics.
  • Lead testing, troubleshooting, and QA to ensure system reliability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system records .
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams , ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven Epicor ERP experience (required).
  • Strong background in business analysis and software development .
  • Proficiency in SQL, C#, Python, or Java , and experience with database systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus : Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ScrumMaster) or project management experience.
