School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an integral part of the Student Support team, ensuring the principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) methodology is implemented with fidelity to significantly improve students’ social and behavioral functioning. BCBA salaries are exempt and start at $82,620 and increase with years of experience. Please see the salary scale here. BCBAs can earn up to $4,000 in renewal add-ons to their base salary each year they return to KIPP DC. This is a Full-time, fully on-site role with an immediate start date.

About the Role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a critical role in the systematic design and implementation of evidence-based interventions, thereby cultivating environments conducive to the development of positive behaviors and enhanced learning outcomes.
Location and Type of Work
This is an exempt position. As a headquarters team that is focused on being responsive to our schools and meeting the needs of our students and families, we approach our work in a way that reflects these priorities. Schools operate in person and our students and families rely on us for in-person support which requires this position to be fully on-site. This role is currently required to be on-site or in school during regular work hours.
