• Night and weekend shifts with flexible 24-hour shift options
• Average 10 patient encounters per shift
• Weekday shifts 7am - 5pm or 4pm - 8am
• Weekend shifts 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
• Requires NRP and PALS certification
• Patient rounding responsibilities
