A company is looking for a Tech Support Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor key alerts and notifications, driving response and resolution
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a 24 / 7 environment
Document problems and issues, manage incident ticket queues, and create automation scripts
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of technical experience in a similar IT environment
Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred certifications : Splunk, VMware, Network+, or A+
Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML / CSS) preferred
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Unix / Linux OS and TCP / IP
