The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to supporting nursing education while maintaining high-quality clinical care. Details : Patient Ratio : 1 : 7 (must be pre-closed) Schedule : 36 / 36 | Every other weekend required Orientation : Begins Sundays Call : None Floating : Required to other units as needed Experience : Minimum 1 year required; community hospital experience required Certifications : AHA BLS required , NIHSS preferred Travelers : First-time travelers accepted Distance Requirement : Must live 100 miles from facility Additional Notes : Contract staff are expected to actively support nursing students and clinical education alongside regular clinical duties.
