We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Griffin, GA. This role focuses on the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems for heavy equipment and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with power distribution, control systems, PLCs, wiring design, and electrical troubleshooting to support the full product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping through production and field support.

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Design & Development : Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and documentation for new equipment as well as modifications to existing machinery.
- Testing & Troubleshooting : Perform diagnostics, testing, and root cause analysis on circuits, power systems, control panels, and electrical assemblies.
- Systems Integration : Collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger equipment designs.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all electrical designs, wiring, and installations meet NEC, OSHA, and industry safety standards while adhering to company quality processes.
- Project Management : Manage electrical engineering deliverables, timelines, budgets, and reporting for assigned projects.
- Technical Support : Provide engineering expertise to manufacturing, assembly, and field service teams—including troubleshooting guidance and hands-on training.
- Continuous Improvement : Research and evaluate new technologies, components, and methods to improve system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).3–5 years of professional experience in electrical design, development, and testing.Strong background in power distribution, controls, and electronics within heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or industrial machinery environments.Proficiency with CAD electrical design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.Familiarity with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems.Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, UL, IEC).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
