Job Title : Wellness Visit LPN

Location : Charlotte, NC (Fairview Rd office)

Compensation : $25–$34 / hour (based on experience)

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits while on contract.

About the Opportunity :

Addison Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract opportunity with a respected physician group in Charlotte. This role supports virtual Medicare wellness visits and is a great way to earn income heading into the holiday season while gaining experience in value-based care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual health screenings for Medicare patients
• Follow structured templates in Athena to complete intake documentation
• Manage 12–15 appointments per day in 30-minute slots
• Collaborate with LPNs, RNs, and QA team members
• Provide excellent phone-based patient care and communication
