Director Of Partnerships
Kase / WSI, a leading logistics company in the US, is searching for a fulfillment-focused Director of Partnerships to build industry relationships and drive partner revenue. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for scaling our partner program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce SaaS or retail technology, thrives on collaboration, and is passionate about relationship-building. This role will own the full partnership lifecycleincluding partner recruitment, co-marketing development, and tracking partner-sourced and influenced revenue. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and scale a formalized partner program aligned with business goals.
- Support the VP of Marketing in developing and managing partner strategy and engagement.
- Own relationships across ecommerce SaaS, retail tech, logistics tech, and agency ecosystems.
- Collaborate with internal teams : Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfillment operations.
- Develop SOPs and KPIs to track partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Attend QBRs to identify new brand and partner opportunities.
- Coordinate partner marketing activities, including webinars, joint events, and trade shows.
- Represent the company at in-person meetings, warehouse tours, industry events, and socials.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all partnership agreements and activity.
- Create partner enablement resources to support Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Travel warrior (~60%); meetings, events, conferences, and any / all industry social gatherings.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
3+ years of experience managing or building a partnership programDemonstrated ability to create and track revenue influence and pipeline impact from partnerships.Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.Experience with CRM and partner platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Crossbeam, PartnerStack).Comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Willingness to travel. Loves social gatherings / social settings.Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.Established network within ecommerce SaaS, retail tech, and / or order fulfillment / 3PL.Experience working well within a non-hierarchical team structure. Must be a DOER!Master's degree a plus.Understanding of the order fulfillment or logistics industry is a huge plus.Physical Capabilities And Requirements
