What does a Marketing Coordinator do?

As a Marketing Coordinator at All World Machinery, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our expanding marketing initiatives and solidifying our position as an innovative leader in the CNC industry. This detail-oriented and creative position focuses on crafting high-impact digital content and fostering consistent communication with our customers. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and publishing 2-4 email newsletters weekly, working closely with the copywriter and graphic design team to create compelling campaigns. Your contributions will extend to video production for various social media platforms, facilitating engagement through product demonstrations and thought-leadership content. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining brand consistency across all initiatives, optimizing web design updates, and managing e-commerce product listings.

With 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or communications preferred, proficiency in communication and organization is essential. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail will enable you to produce high-quality content across diverse platforms. Creativity and time management abilities are vital for balancing multiple projects, including email newsletter campaigns and video production.

Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut is important, along with a working knowledge of email marketing platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp. Basic web design or CMS experience (WordPress, HTML / CSS) is advantageous. A solid understanding of the CNC or manufacturing industry will also provide a strong foundation for success in this dynamic role.
