We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary careteam in Greenwood, SC. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manageacute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-basedguidelines. Promote preventive healthpractices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness. Collaborate withinterdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patientcare. Participate in the ongoingdevelopment and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic health record system.
