Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and track service project delivery against customer requirements and purchased service packages.
• Monitor, record, and reconcile project hours within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports on project progress, utilization, and service performance metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data anomalies related to time tracking, project milestones, or reporting inconsistencies.
• Partner with services, support, sales, and operations teams to ensure project execution meets customer expectations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and completion updates to internal stakeholders and customers as required.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency enhancements in service delivery, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, service contracts, and documentation standards.
