About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : 5 years of experience as an RN required (inpatient psychiatric experience within the last 3 months).

License : State License

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Adolescent Psych / Behavioral Health experience required.

Experience with age groups must be listed on the resume.

Willingness to float to other units and take charge shifts.

Description :

This is an adolescent unit; candidates must be comfortable and experienced.

Candidates must be able to start on the specified date without exceptions.

Works with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.

Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.

Provides clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.

The inpatient treatment program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.

The treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain sobriety while managing co-occurring psychiatric issues, such as depression and anxiety disorders.

The treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.
