Medical Receptionist

Family practice in Santa Barbara is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team! This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain extensive front office experience in the healthcare industry! ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!

Pay : $23 / hour

Required

  • FLUENT in Spanish is required
  • Prefer front office reception experience
  • Customer Service experience

    • Responsibilities

  • Confirm and schedule appointments for medical clinics
  • Maintain customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers
  • Confirm appointments and update patient information
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Perform data entry tasks

    • Essential Skills

  • Experience in customer service and call center environments
  • Proficiency in scheduling appointments and patient care
  • Familiarity with healthcare and medical assisting
  • Ability to work with electronic health records
  • Bilingual in Spanish

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
