Overview

Join to apply for the German Translator role at Epic . This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Apply extensive language skills to clearly and accurately prepare a wide range of technical documentation, training materials, and other written materials related to Epic's software.
  • Contribute to localization efforts, quality assurance, and the maintenance of consistent technical terminology for Epic's software.
  • Work closely with implementation, technical support and sales teams to produce innovative software for Dutch-speaking healthcare organizations.
  • Test software features, identify bugs, and assist in making the software a joy to use.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience translating from American English into Dutch strongly preferred
  • Ability to ensure translation maintains appropriate feeling, tone and style
  • Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training is provided
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
