Training Assistance Support SME / Training Specialist IV

Job Duties (Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position) :

• Collaborates with FAA managers and staff to assess training needs, design effective programs, and develop instructional materials that support organizational and management development.
• Translates complex subject matter into clear, practical content for a variety of training formats, including classroom sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
• Creates training outlines, selects appropriate instructional methods, and evaluates the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance measures to ensure continuous improvement.
