We are looking for an experienced and motivated Consulting Windows Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on Cisco Meraki solutions. You will be a key player in our team, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, providing technical support, and implementing new solutions to enhance business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is passionate about technology and problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including system installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Implement and manage Cisco Meraki solutions, including wireless, switching, security, and mobile device management.
• Perform system monitoring to ensure uninterrupted system availability, identifying any potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Provide technical support to clients, responding to system issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
• Maintain system security by managing firewalls, conducting penetration testing, and implementing appropriate security measures.
• Utilize VMWare, Active Directory, COMPTIA, and other tools to maximize system efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration and procedural information.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations using Veeam.
• Use PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / WAN networks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for system improvements as necessary.
