SUMMARY : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Siloam Springs, AR Friendship Community Care is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our ABA Therapy team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Siloam Springs. RBTs work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Ability to read, write and interpret medical history, assessment reports and relevant data. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees within the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
